Boby cook came by with a lil gift for me

This is from the Cook bros family garage. Boby shows up at my shop today and tells me, I cleaned out the attic in the garage today and was going to toss this and thought you may want it........... Yup!

Prototype and tooling for the cranks prototype cro moly, solid 4130 cranks, stainless steel cranks 40+ spindles chainrings quick shifter parts gears bearings up the butt, go cart parts and more.

Uh well yeah, ill take it :) Much is for sale so feel free to ask.

I'd like to get a timeline going since not much is discussed about Cook Bros history that I'm aware of.

Have a set of american bottom bracket cups engraved? I have an orphan set spindle, bearings, and lock collars. I can just imagine the look on your face when you saw what was in the boxes :lol:

ive always wondered what do early CBR cranks look like compared to newer ones? they are a bit confusing.

the first fabed up cranks were made of titanium. be careful with them don't know why gary ended up making them out of 41330. at the time you could buy titanium surplus from the aircraft manufacturea, now days they make ti tooth picks. the tapered piece is a piece of tubing. they are not solid
