Noruma was started in the early 80's in Santa Barbara by Wade Nomura. They only made some 300 frames which contributes to the value of the frames. Nomura never made a fork. Most commonly folks chose Bottema or Landing Gear as the forks for these bikes. This is a 20" frame displayed here.
