Tuf Neck stem experts

Need thoughts on the authenticity of this stem.
Somewhat thinking it might be a reproduction. It looks double stamped and off center.
Is this a common finding? Also, the lack of material above the top allen bolts.

I have seem some bad stamping before on tufs and pros, but thats not to say THOSE werent knock offs either!

It is probably real.
The quality control for tuf and pro necks was definitely lacking.
i have an absolutely miserable bulldog stamping on an original neck.

......no worse than the SE stamping on a new Fuji Landing gear, though. doh! ;)
