frame id and help?

Hey guys,
I scored this today and want to sell it. Can someone ID this frame? My guess is a late 70s Mongoose? Anybody know better? Looks like Nickel under where the frame pad was. Thanks for any and all help!

Late '70s or early '80s is about right. Serial number will tell you. First letter is for place of manufacture, second is for the month and the next number will tell you the year. (i.e. - CA9xxxx = Chatsworth - January 1979, CB0xxxx = Chatsworth - February 1980)

looks like it has a coaster mount. '78/79 and prior, i believe.
