Welcome home, everyone.
I hope you like what we've done with the place . It's been a long time coming. And I do mean a loooonnnng time. The development process was pretty exhilarating, but also often fraught with obstacles. Finally... here we are. Over the next several days, we will continue to add a few final touches and work out bugs that may arise. Please bear with the process.
I know... this is pretty heavy. The site has been utterly transformed. It will take some getting used to.
Change can be uncomfortable at times, and I understand that not everyone will be enamored with this new direction. Please give it a chance. Ease into it and go with it. I believe that for the long term... this will prove to be the correct course of action in order to take things to the next level. I'm confident that if everyone takes advantage of the infrastructure available here, and participates, then this "next level" assertion will not be a mere cliche'. It will be the reality.
The frame work is here. The intention is to provide the space to fully immerse in the BMX experience. The BMX Society web site is a place for real connoisseurs of BMX culture.
Please make yourselves at home.
The BMX Society... you have arrived

I know I haven't been around much lately, just been busy with other stuff lately... LOVE the new design+direction of the site, much greater than "just" OS + collecting. I'd always been way more into the "culture" and riding aspects of BMX, both old, mid, and new school, hopefully this is the move forward towards encompassing more of the aspects of the sport/hobby we all love so much. I am MUCH more inclined to visit the site now (not that there was anything wrong with the old site per se).
