You need to validate your account. There's now been at least two validation e-mails sent to the e-mail account you registered.
Once you do so, your account will go to the Admin validation queue for manual approval.
After that... when you go to the wanted forum, you should see a "start new topic" button at the top of the thread index and at the bottom, click that, and it will open up a window to start a wanted thread.

just got in thanks for the heads up.it took forever for email to get here
