I've tried to capture a few images that people have posted but am having a problem.

When I expand the image to the large size I cannot save the image as a jpg. It wants to save as a web page. I can save the small image in the post but once the image is in the "viewing window" no luck.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.

If it is a jpg picture you should be able to right click on the image and save it to your desktop. If you are wanting to save the entire post.

Print Screen
Open up paint, Ctrl v
Then it will allow you to save as a JPG.

Wait... wait. Are you right-clicking? Don't right click on the expanded photo. If the picture is too big, you'll have to scroll, but there is a "Save" button at the bottom right of the pic.

when you open an image and are done with it, there is a x (close) on the bottom right side of the pic with the word "save" above it. You can either close the picture or hit save and it will pop up another page with a jpeg file that you can "save as"

This is a great way to do screen captures.

Windows 7 has a snipping tool. It works great and lets you choose what you want to capture.
