Honda CT90, right? Tank, seat, bars, tires and pipe mods, with a chopped tail.

That bike looks so much better than a CT 90.

Haha -- I remember my buddy that lived 2 doors down BITD had a little Suzuki (might have been an FA-50). We used to play roller hockey a few streets away and I'd strap on my roller blades and hang off the back of that bike trucking down my street to where we played. LOL. Only fell once landing on my shin/knee pads (fortunately at that time I was wearing the cheesy Mylec shin guards that went over your pants) and skidded about 50 feet. Got up, grabbed back onto the back of the bike and kept goin'.

That said, that red bike above looks much cooler than his Suzuki.

Looks like a fork upgrade on that thing as well. There were a ton of those at the car swap this weekend.

That custom looks badass. I always thought the the CT70s, 90s and 110s looked like retiree bikes. Durable as hell, but not too easy on the eye. A Honda Super 90, now that's a different story.

I am still fascinated with the Honda MB5. Almost bought one new bitd, but opted against it. (Still toy with picking one up, but I have a restored 1976 Vespa ET3 that I found in Australia. That keeps me plenty busy.)

RC, do you know the Honda MB5?

Bought one when they came out. It got ripped off and then I found it not too far from my place. Sold it to my roommate.

Nice. What were they, something like $500 new in 1982?

Found a better profile shot of the MB. $500 sounds about right, nycet3. The price was the main reason I bought it. Didn't go fast and to do a wheelie, you would need to bounce it up in 1st gear.

I bought a RD 350 with the MB cash, had it bored, ported, pipes, resets, bars, and seat. Misfits sticker made it go faster.

I also picked up a vintage Vespa as a basket case and put it back together.

Nice. Looks like a GL. What year? Still have it?

My et3 has the stock engine. Have come dangerously close to putting a larger jug on it, but that means pipes and probably a brake upgrade. Too nice as it is to go mucking around with it. As it it is, it will do about 57-58 with me at 165 lbs riding it. Ten inch wheels and a small frame makes 57 feel pretty quick.

So, I cleaned it up some. Replaced the bars with Clubman cafe bars. Removed the rear signal lights & racks and replaced it with license plate turn signals. The next step is to buy a 70cc kit and pipe, but first I need a rear sprocket... the bike pumps, and the seller thought it was from a stiff chain link but they all look good. The teeth are pretty worn and one full spin of the wheels, shows the chain not sitting in correctly. Thoughts or help on this issue are appreciated.

In this post, the RD350 made me get all excited, thats a mean machine...The other bikes, all cool teenage year bikes, with super high mpg.... Great first bikes...
The RD350, that was a machine for men, with hair on their chest, and big gajanga's....
