What the hell is this micro-mini? Nobody has ever positively ID'd it...

I had a Phat Jawn with a 22" TT on it. Really strange geometry. Every time I rode it I felt like I was going over the bars. It was a cool looking frame, but I hated riding it.

Cool!
Yah the "obscure part" of this bike is not really that it is Phat Jawn. It is that is stamped Pro Lite, and it is a little smaller then the more common XL or even the 24. I tried writing the company for info on this bike (they are still making roadies) but I got no response. The bb is small (eruo) and the downtube had to be "massaged" to make a fit. Excellent build quality, just very very little info on these bikes. It kind of makes me wonder if it was a team bike? who knows/.

Wasn't there a small company or someone who made bikes under the name Secret Cycle? Seems like I remember reading it somewhere.

If I remember right, Turbo Todd Britton had bikes made under this name. He knew nothing about this mini, though.
Supposedly the red mini might be a one off Fabweld.

Contact bmxerpete over on the museum. He used to work for fabweld and a few other companies in Florida in the 90s. He might recognize it.

Heres a cool little piece I received from Code Blue many years ago. Dog Bone paperweight from Cook Bros family.
Also, a CBR pin, really classy friend won it on ebay and it showed up in my mailbox, too cool of him!

Hi-Tech Z-Flex stem shim. This little Dallas company sold these things like hotcakes in about 1982. Everyone at our local track had one. I found this in one of my old shoe boxes full of junk.

I dig that flex fighter - hell, I want one and an '82 would work great for my ongoing project.

I don't think so but you know Texas stuff. Seems like this company was associated with Race Ready Leathers. Don Johle was a big spokesman.
