esp frame pad
anyone know about these

picked this up the other day in a package deal. i've never seen one so i thought i'd ask here.

I assume that goes with the framsets they used to make? Not sure what year they were.... 83?

i didn't know they made a frame.

we never saw esp stuff here in ohio.

Yep they started making frames around 83-84, they were out of Texas and it was owned by Eddie Siegmund's(fast kid) father. Not the same company that made the stems so there is no confusion.

edit...yeah like Marcos said the Siegmunds not the finnells although I belive the Finnells were part owners. I need to ask Eddie or Cash.

Not the same ESP as the stem manufacturer .... Altogether different company

Eddie Sigmund Products, hope I spelled that right - I hear we're being graded on grammar around here now a days.

To my knowledge that is a very early one. I had a very good friend in FW that rode for them. His pads were different. Black with some more complex graphics.

Ive seen them in red white and blue also. Cool pad though!

found some esp bikes on the museum...one even has the same pad you have but in different color.
