Thanks Brett, then they are the same as the ones I have and I think they have an FMF decal on them but does anyone have a clearer picture of the decal?
and hoping with the history of the people on this site I can nut out the stem thing.

I know the fork question has been brought up before. A pic was posted of someone who got an fmf for christmas. It had a decent shot of the fork decal. I'll ask my buddy today, he was trying to figure it out one time as well. I think brett is right though. Cook fork with fmf decal.

Thank you all, thanks for the pictures.
that jumping shot is unreal looks like he's got red pedals with an FMF decal on them. or my eyes playing tricks on me? And that stem pad is much larger than in the one I posted so I am guessing a different stem. You can also see the front hub more clearly.
I asked the question about the forks before but couldn't find the post, anyway fork question answered thank you all again.

I am not surprised Scott would put his front brake lever on the right side. He was a motorcycle racer before a BMXer.
In the Sean pic above where you can see the front hub, I am sure that is a Cook hub. While working at Cook, I built and laced enough of those to recognize one.
The scan below is from a BX Weekly. I don't have a date with it but I would say it is around 76.
