Need an ID - 1983 Tange loopy frame?

I have this looptail 1983 Tange Japan frame....not sure what it was stickered up as?

Has the same rear end as a Hot Heart loopy & ET Kawahara.

Front gusset is similar to a Redline MXII.


Anyone shed any light on this?
