These are from a 1975/6 Webco. I was told they are original Webco bars. Any ideas?

I think your research answered your own ? They sure LOOK like the right bend/sweep. Nice find. Igot some of those skinny Webco bicycle wrenches as shown.
If anybody else knows better, Im sure to get corrected. LOL.

Not Webco

If you look at this close up out of the catalogue you will see that the pinched section on the catalogue bars is twice as long and has more of an indent in the middle of the flat section

This image is from the 1976 "Summer" catalogue, which has minor variations from the other 1976 catalogue but the image of the bars is still the same

Twice as long is a bit far fetched.. The angle it is on could be giving that illusion. Here are some more pics for anyone to compare to if they have seen or have any Webco bars. They are 26 in in length and the middle bar is 30 cm.
Here are some other box bars to compare with a nice SR stem which i never have seen before. Light!

Good Ol Bob lol. It would be interesting to see if anyone has any Webco/Ashtabula/Wald bars to compare.. Did Webcos come out with Wald bars from the factory, or did they come out with Webco, Ashtabula, Wald? Interested to learn more.
