Well since most of you think knowing how it was stolen that some how that will give you the knowledge of how to recover the bike fast then if you must know the bike was on loan to a Vendor and was at track side. I was not there so I don't know if it was stolen on Wednesday or if it was stolen out of the repair truck that night all i know is Friday when i went to pick it up it was gone. I know i know you guys are super quick to judge and the guy who had the bike stole it blah blah blah however that is not the case. the guy who had it is my largest supplier and had nothing to gain from taking the bike not to mention that he had the bike for 6 months. So now you know how it was taken .... oh wait no you dont. Now you know just as much as you knew before I told you this... So please enlighten me how this information will return My bike...

The above is all useless information and is only needed to be know by busy body's the fact remains the bike was stolen.

Like i asked before please delete the pictures that i should have never posted. I was asked a question and i was foolish and responded.Nothing more. Why should i pay for advertisement on a site that its members are so disrespectful to its new members

Now on to helping the people who were scammed the members part. The guy posting the Redline flights and and all those parts like the star bars had a Craiglist add here in phoenix and i just happened to have answered it. i went over to the guys apartment and bought a few parts in person So yes i have their phone number and know where they live So if it is needed i have that information. that is what lead me to post on this site once again. Then i figured while i was here i would post about the prototype that was stolen. However i can see that returning to this site was once again a mistake.

I had a response to your babble however decided that it was not worth my time. Your right I need to ride on the coat tails of a Established company because my quality of work can not speak for its self so I though I would drag a good company down the crapper with me! What a shame i know

It's such a bummer getting PM's about this kind of shit. I didn't see this thread until now, when it was brought to my attention... and I kind of resent the fact that my valuable time has been wasted on all this.

Just drop it, everyone. Please.

None of this matters. Not in the least. And I know some of you were just looking out for the site. I do appreciate it sincerely. I also get why people were curious about the crime. It's relevant.

I think Dan probably gets it too.

Good luck getting your bike back, Dan.

This gets 2 pages. Todd Lyons had a cool thing happen in his life, I posted about it in the main forum. Only a couple of people can embrace the "feel good vibe" of that thread enough to say, "congrats" or "that's neat". Something positive and good happened in one of our homie's life.

Instead... this shit interests you.

Wow. That's beyond fucked.

Just telling you straight because I love you.

Aaaannnd, suddenly I'm reminded of why I've been away so long.

If I understand you, you think its wrong for the owner of a ”bicycle company” to have to pay for advertising? Really? Seems like common sense to me, does he give away his product?

Disagree that instead of the admin politely reminding him in the tread or even in a pm, the admin needs to self stroke his ego by calling him out in the tread in a very belligerent manner.

Dude was turning a supposed bike theft thread into a plug for his product. So I told him to pay some site support. Belligerent? That was direct, not belligerent. Huge difference. I was neither hostile or aggressive. As far as stroking my own ego, I was enforcing site protocol. But whatever is clever homie.

Never thought I would see the day where the museum or the 'V' outclasses Society.

Dan, bummer to hear about such a cool bike getting stolen.

I was kinda suprised you didn't know how it was stolen at first as this information is probably the most important thing to know in order to get it back. Maybe someone saw some kid riding it at the track or eyeing it at the bike shop?

I would guess that whomever now has it probably isn't going to sell it. They're probably going to paint it, change up some parts, and ride the hell out of it. In either case I hope you get it back, it was a bad ass bike.

That was only meant to be funny, not harsh. The other was a road house quote.

I was only kidding, it's obvious those bikes are hetero.

Todd, I've always liked you and I still do. We've never changed and I'm proud of that. Sometimes harsh but fuck it, I'm not going to blow smoke up your ass, we're a tough crowd.

Hey, at least we're consistent since the last time you came (on the site)
