I may have a chance to speak to Jerry Freshour to try to nail down some elusive history about Freshour BMX. Everyone here knows I have a passion for these and I don't want to leave anything out when I get the chance.
So what should I ask him? I know production times and years started to finish ETC. but I want meat on the bone questions.

I will welcome any info at all.
Curious, Freshour, are you from Missouri or that area? Just wondering since it was kind of a regional brand, in the sense of not really saturating too far out side of there, or at least it seemed so to me.

Not to sound like a dick, but I've never heard of them either.
Maybe a good question would be, why not?

Steve I'm very close to that area. When I turned 15 I was a mech for a guy who raced camel pro flat track motorcycles. We had a race close to where their bike shop use to be and I bought one because they were made locally. Here is an ad for them.

I have quite a bit of info for them now from factory riders, also have been talking with a collector who is friends with Jerry Freshour's daughters husband. Jerry is now looking for some old team decals.
Steve I'm trying to track down the history of the company to add it to this site for everyone.
Also Jerry Freshour is married to Jim Melton's sister.

I remember those ads. Actually TK checked in here about 2 years or so ago.
Any and all history, no matter how obscure it is, is more than welcome in my opinion.

There is one known 100% for sure in the Jeff Haney collection. Another guy contacted me and says he has one. Jerry Freshour (owner) said he knows of more? Not sure yet. Fingers crossed.

Yeah, some brands like this are more of a regional brand, like Cyclecraft and Revcore being east coast bikes, all I never heard of until recently...
