My co-worker has a trash mouth. It's embarrassing, but I don't really notice it much anymore after working her for 8+ years. The following is a conversation that she (yes, I said SHE) had with herself between 2:00pm and 2:05pm today. She talks to herself LOUDLY when she works. She was swearing so much today that I started writing everything down that she said - just for kicks. The following is a 5-minute example of what I listen to for 8 hours per day...

Man, that's bad. I would expect most companies to fire anyone using language like that at work. In my experience with abusive language at work, one gets a verbal warning, a written warning, and the next offense they escort you to the door.

You think that is bad, I had a co-worker give his boss the finger in front of ten other people. He didn't get a warning written, verbal or otherwise. Business as usual. People need to lighten up.
