I picked this up locally here in Austin.
The seller informed me this bike was raced by a couple of kids on the factory Blazer team.It was originally set up with sew-ups.
Shane and Shelby Hill were brother and sister who raced on Factory Blazer and from what I've heard were fast as lightning.
I contacted their father on FB and hope to confirm the story.

Th serial number reads 480 and there is a 5 stamped on the steer tube.

Nice little come up Steve!

Having no hole in the rear drop and a machined head tube, it's a 2nd gen. Blazer 'mini'. The interesting bit is the reinforcement behind the seat tube, that was a feature usually found on the Blazer 'standard' frame and considering Blazer never made forks.....they could possibly be Bandito 'mini' forks?

Nice find Steve, I remember the Hills coming out to the tracks BITD. The forks look like they are Powerlite mini's or maybe Torkers. :OSThumbsUpPeace[1]:
