Looking for recommended Powder Coater in So-Cal

Since, even after the CAP soak, my frame is in serious need of some new paint, I thought I'd check to see if anyone has any good personal experiences with a powder coater in the So Cal area? There are several that I've spoken with that look promising, but I'd prefer to use one that comes recommended by members.

Talk to Tony's bike shop in East Los Angeles. I took some parts over to a place in Pico Rivera for them years ago. The guy running the shop was named "Joe". He may have retired by now. He wouldn't remember me anyway, but I did it as a favor to him. He used to ride his road bike to work.
