can't tell, all forks look the same to me.

They look like Cook bros. forks but I'm no expert, ask for a pic of the bottom of the fork legs.

It's hard to tell, I can't really see the dropouts that well from the pic. Definitely ask the guy for a better pic of the drops. The brake hole looks hand drilled, not factory. But again, kinda hard to tell from the pics.

on mine the front drop is cut at an angle at the bottom those ones are strait.(?)
