What Year Is This Dyno Detour? Pic Inside

I just scored this off ebay for $30. I think it was a good deal. I'm just not sure what the exact year is. I know probably early 90s.
Also, was the Dyno Detour any good for flatland? I'm not sure what that model was primarily used for...
