frame id and help?

Hey guys,
I scored this today and want to sell it. Can someone ID this frame? My guess is a late 70s Mongoose? Anybody know better? Looks like Nickel under where the frame pad was. Thanks for any and all help!

Cruiser ID please

Hey guys,
I don't come around here much, but that does not mean I don't look. Check out this 26" cruiser I scored. Do any of the resident Guru's know what kind it is? I found a number on the rear dropout of 00612. Not sure if I am going to keep it or flip it. Maybe someone here is interested in it. Please let me know.
