Can you please email me I have a Torker 24 that needs the dropouts on the frame and on the forks that need to be fix up and it also needs Powder.

I need some expert Redline help. I know there was a 24in F&F set before the PL-24 but what was it. Any info is greatly apperciated and if you have any pics that would be great.

I am thinking this # is not stock it is double punched and it looks like it was done by the OG Owner.
The # is 21100 can some please confirm this is not Factory.

Help With Hutch Score

Whats up guys
One of my buddys dropped this Hutch off at my house today. My questions is what is it? It has a 19 1/2in top tube and the serial # is on the Bottom Bracket I was told it is an over seas made frame but look at the forks they are not drilled and look like first Gen. too me.
