About Me

I started A BMX Freestyle team back in 1979 called Super Style II. In 1982 My Team Tony Ray Davis and I went on to be the first orininal Freestyle team to ride and tour with Vans in 1982. I had other sponsers like Ralphs Bicycles, the P.K. Ripper for SE Racing, Max pants, AMI Grips and Stems, Echo Helmets,
CJP #plates. My 2 sons Chris 23 and Corey 19 have been riding since they were old enough to walk and many consider The Furmages as the "First Family of Freestyle" for being a father and sons team doing shows for over 31 years combined. I also started R.A.D. Riders Against Discrimination in 2005 after my sons got busted for riding in a Skateboard only parks in our town. I Go to lots of Town/City Council meetings spreading the word to stop Discrimination Against Bikes in skateboard only parks and have a Non-Profit Org to raise funds to build bike friendly parks.
