How about 1978 Laguna Race I Frame in Nickel? Looks like a kit with cranks and forks from a CYC Stormer. Then again those parts also came on the Laguna 101 from 1978.

Yeah I think I was third in line. Fast Eddie brough it to the local Bike swap and show last week and I got weak enough to finally make a deal that worked out for both of us. He was happy and I am happy. I will most likely clean it up, repack all bearings and keep it the way that it is. I really dig it just the way that it is. Too bad I can't find a real pic of a Laguna 100. The Laguna 101 had more holes in the gussett from what I can tell.

Wow, I didn't see that. Looks like most/all of the research has been done already. I posted this over at bmxmuseum earlier last week. I plan on breaking it down this weekend to see if I can find any other identifying marks, etc.
