Didn't that car used to be called Defrank and Cohen perhaps mid 1980s? And If so that car used to be local (in Tarzana) on Wilbur south of Ventura.
yes, it belonged to jim defrank from tarzana. its not the same car from the 80's it was built recently to resemble the old defrank and cohen car.. which i also worked on in the late 70's early 80's.
It is possible we crossed paths in those days by way of cars or BMX. Did you know William Loe (I think deceased) lived next street over from Defrank and a pretty good engine man. I had many B body mopars in the mid 80s (mainly GTXs but others as well).
I still ride up Wilbur from time to time when I ride up Reseda dirt when Mountain biking.
Sometimes they would test the car on Wilbur and you knew it when they did. -

Bender,
I am pretty sure we spoke in 99 (due to a connection on Menotomy sp?). If memory serves you are in the Dakotas and have quite the nice collection, way before that Tim guy.
Nice to see your stuff again, I am thinking you had a fair amount of GJS stuff then, you were an early adopter.
Keep it up.

Did you build it that way or obtain it that way? In either case very nice.
What is the serial number?

There is a guy I have seen several times in the Culver City-West LA who rides Sepulvada with the flow of traffic. The thing I would worry about most would be the unplanned wreck with a vehicle (or other moving object) that makes impact. That would be messy!
