Apparently this is a bigger issue for some than others. For me, it is like an 1/8 of an inch of scroll bar latitude. Not such a big deal. Some people have some other experience it seems. I deleted your link because I was experimenting with various kinds of links and needed a clean slate.

Maybe Metal Frog can set some text-flow parameters to the shout box, so it doesn't expand like an html window? I like checking out vid links in the shout. but it does blow out for me now too.
