That photo was taken going down the long downhill second straight at the first Ryde track on Epping Road, about mid to late 1978. -

There where only 5 DYD frame and fork sets imported into Australia and that was in july 1984, and then one chrome one to a team rider about the same time. -

Those small JMC shield decals with a silver rectangle back ground would have been screen printed on a large sheet and then die cut, the look like they have been hand cut from a sheet and used on the forks used in the JMC adds in 1979. -
