  1. In Topic: So, How Do You Guys Eat/Exercise To Stay Fit?

    Posted 8 Apr 2011

I bicycle commute, and ride a road bike almost everywhere I go, year round in practically any weather (in a crappy climate).
I eat lots of veggies, legumes, whole grains, a little bit of fruit.
I rarely eat red meat, but do eat chicken once or twice a week, and fish once a week.

Being healthy is a lifestyle. You gots to get zen about it. But, make it into your own zen shit.

I'm a "purist", a "realist", and a "if it's not broke, don't fixist". I've been in this hobby/sport for a LONG time and never had the urge to refinish any bike. Clean it up and ride it.

    :)

Seafoamer, come to Bellflower. June 4th.

Unfortunately, in my line of work the 1st 3 weeks of June is my absolute busy time of the whole year, in which I'm always 'straight-out'.
I remember wanting to go to the 1st Rockford events years ago, but never able to float it.
Seeing what's happened to the Old School world has made me less and less want to attend a gathering, but if I were going to attend one, I can't imagine that I'd feel more at home than with the people on this site.
I'm sure I won't be able to go, but I appreciate the invite, though!

Phenomenal!!! I always opted to buy the tour shirt instead of the program, and never seemed to have the $ for both. I do have a Metallica "Damage/Justice Tour" program around here somewhere, and a Whitesnake and David Lee Roth one too.
Great programs! I wish I could read them all.
