I need some advice on an e-bay deal. My item was supposedly shipped on 8-20 and I still haven't recieved it. The guy can't give any tracking info or a reciept from the post office. Do I report him to e-bay? Should he give me a full refund?

Let me know your opinions. I told I will not act until Saturday.

Are all of the Brent Romero stories true about his age when he was racing? If this has already been asked then I apologize for bringing it up again.
