  1. Sunday session with Kevin Jones.

    Posted 28 Jul 2011

Me (AKA estados) and Freedo hung out with the legend Kevin Jones and his crew.
I took some shots but my camera battery died.
Kevin Jones is one cool cat, he was teaching a kid to freestyle on his bike.
    enjoy the pictures...

  2. Fsa 180mm X-drive-22 Chromoly Bmx Crank

    Posted 16 Aug 2010

i scored these cranks and wanted to know any info about a spindel.
i did research and i know it can only use a 22mm 48T spline spindel. My queation is what affordable chromoly spindel can i use for these cranks??
I know about the FSA Titanium Spindle, but thats just to much money... i dont want that.

I am looking for a chromoly version, Danscomp doesnt have one.
they have the Ti, but its for a 19mm version.

can anyone help me out?? please...
this is a pic of the cranks.

  3. ghp cruiser

    Posted 7 Jul 2010

i bought this new 2009 ghp cruiser, and having fun cruising around with it.
I dont thrash on this bike, or even bunny hop.
i have not even crashed the bike or even ride it
    in the rain.

i noticed that the right crank arm was loose.
as i tightend the crank arm i noticed this small crack
on the bottom tube that connects to the bottom bracket.

here are pics of the small crack which i fear will get bigger over time.

  4. pedal powered porsche

Pedal-powered Porsche is world's lightest, slowest

I love this bike car concept....:D

The Ferdinand GT3 RS currently on display at Austria's Museum of Modern Art Linz is the lightest Porsche ever. It's also the greenest, the shiniest, and, well, probably the goofiest.

Built using a cardboard and PVC tube frame with an aluminium foil skin, the Ferdinand GT3 RS weighs a scant 220 pounds. The vehicle features skinny, low-rolling resistance bicycle wheels and tires that are driven, not by an exotic flat six-cylinder or a hybrid drivetrain, but by pedal power supplied by the driver's legs. Not only is the Ferdinand GT3 RS the lightest Porsche ever; it's also the only zero-emissions Porsche--unless you count the various gases generated by the pedaling driver.

As if building a Porsche out of aluminum foil wasn't bizarre enough, the artists then took the car--if you can call it that--for a spin on the Salzburgring race track, with hilarious results. To be fair, the Ferdinand GT3 RS actually isn't a Porsche, sharing only its silhouette with the legendary 911. There are no actual Porsche parts used in its construction and we're pretty sure this is not an official Porsche AG project. Check out the video below for a walk-around of this oddball ride and the on-track footage. All of the dialog is in German, but trust us, it's worth watching to the end.

  5. 12.9 / 90 MILES TO PHILLY CHEESE STAKE on a road bike on a cold day

    Posted 10 Dec 2009

    i know this aint freestylin.....
check this out, these guys rode their bikes from nyc to philly.
anyone in jersey want to bike down to philly?
that must be some dam good philly stakes.
    http://www.chariandc...ly-cheese-stake

IT WAS A COLD DAY BUT IT DIDN’T STOP KEN, YUKI, TOSHI, AND MARK FROM HEADING TO PHILLY FOR A CHEESE STEAK. THEY HAD A GENERAL IDEA ON HOW TO GET THERE BUT THERE ARE ALWAYS COMPLICATIONS. ONLY TWO FLATS ON TUBULAR TIRES AND YUKI GETTING SEPARATED FROM EVERYONE ELSE WERE THE ONLY MISHAPS BUT THEY ARRIVED FAIRLY QUICKLY, ENOUGH TO ENJOY THE CITY AND CHECK OUT A FEW SITES. A QUICK NAP ON THE BUS AND BACK IN NYC WHERE COLD BEER AND A HOT DINNER WAS WAITING FOR THEM. MORE RIDES ARE TO COME! WHERE TO NEXT?
