Actually we call them "crook" not cook, if you are going to try and bash me, at least do your homework. We also make our own frames and bars that are 100% our own. One of you collector dorks brought us bars to make, so we did. You guys can squabble over that same 10 pairs of bars or whatever floating around, but the fact is the stuff sells. They sell because your purest ideals are in the minority, so few people know or care about the minutia. The thing is I have near no childhood memories of all the pointless detail, it took adults to ruin something that was fun. We never try and pass something new off as old, neither is Joe.

I see that some of you envision yourself as curators of some sort of objects that have true historical merit. If you were to write a history of the 20th century, BMX would be a footnote at best. In the end, these bikes will have minor cultural significance like any bit of pop culture. It's lumped into the 80's right with the Miami Device, leg warmers, and big hair. Some of you take yourself way to serious.

I see small builders bringing back the pioneering ethos of bmx.

Joe, You'll never win with this crowd. I however, support all DIY bicycle endevours. We could do a SBC, JBR, GBP collaboration!
