Just laced these up for my brother-in-law..26" baby blue ACS z-rims,w/rear suntour coaster brake(NOS)and front sunshine(reanno)blue hub.blue nipples(longs)and SS spokes

Hope this is the right section to post this question:anyway removed 1 fine,but the other shaft will not budge!It is the pro size crupi body,any help/ideas
