Suzie Sealed Rims Racing 20''

Need help to see if these Suzie Racing Rims 20" are saveable. The guy I got the bike from, Robinson S.T.T. 1992, had these Rims on it and he told me his son went jumping with them one day. Stupid. But anyways the rear rim has a dent in it from jumping and the front has problems with its sealed barrings. Heres the pics. Thanks!
