  3. Hey Doug Sounding like the used cars sales man these days..lol see you soon! going to post on my 26" supercross? see you for the cobra ride I hope Ed
  4. welcome to os The intense seems to be a popular bike these days. GHP is also a good choice for a 24" Have Fun is the most important thing!
  5. Hi all This is my new Supercross evo g6e 26" ride. I want to give a big thanks to Proctor from BigHorn BMX for setting up the deal and to Bill at Supercross for letting me get this frame. I was riding a 26" quad and I love it but I wanted to race a " new school" 26". This bike is amazing! With almost all the same parts it is 3lbs + lighter than the quad. It is really like a 24" size wise but with 26" wheels! I am still getting used to it but I love the feel. I plan on changing out some parts soon to lower the weight more and get the "look" right. Again thanks to Greg and Bill. I think a 20"envy pro xxl might be next. Cheers The 26" Quad is still built but a fun bike now
  6. Had a good run on the 20" at the Black Jack Nationals. Second on both days 41 and over Inter. Didn't make cruiser mains though, that class is tough. Had a blast though. Best track in a long time I think.
  7. This is my current race bike. 26" quad & LG. sun rims chris king hubs 17t rear cog chris king head set s&m cruiser bars paul brakes & love lever profile stem and cranks- ti spindle- imperial 36t time z pedals profile seat post clamp kenda sb8 tires 1.95f 1.9r maxxiss super lite tubes it now has odi ruffian grips and a selle italla seat I raced Saturday afternoon at bighorn in Reno, 1st in a total points race. It always gets a lot of comments and compliments where ever I go. I love this bike,it rides really nice but it is really long in the rear end and almost imposable for me to manual. I am in the process of getting a super cross evo 26" frame and forks. Looking forward to riding a shorter and lighter bike.

  13. Hey All, Happy New Years I put this together to race this season. It is a 07 loop # 102. It had a lousy finish on it so I stripped it down and polished it ( on going job) I need a new sticker set for it. It had the baby blue shadow type, if any knows where to get another set please let me know. I didnt see anything on the SE site for stickers. Cheers

  15. LOL Doug, Dean hasn't been taking any pictures lately so I don't have any of our races. Bob its way different than my old OM. Just feels more solid and accelerates better. I have my OM geared 40/17 more for cruising and my Quad is geared 36/17 I have to get up to speed fast to get the benefit of the bigger wheel's. I have been racing both The 26" and a 20" Takes a couple of laps to used to the 20 after being on the big quad! Here they are
  16. Been racing my 26" quad all season and having lots of fun! Finally getting it dialed in. Its a bit long in the rear but I really like the feel of a bigger bike. Just thought I would share a few pics. Enjoy
  17. Big Horn had their Redline Qualifier Sat. a few of us brought some of our older stuff out for the day. We had a vintage race right before the mains. Thanks to all who brought stuff out. (most of the bikes were wagonguy's) Thanks Doug! Enjoy
  18. Bob Thanks That pic was taken from the start hill with my camera phone. It is a pretty mellow track compared to others, but we have a lot of little kids and first time track riders and I think its important for them to have a good first experience so a mellow track is nice. The start hill isn't very steep so you actually have to pedal to get some speed! There are only a few of us that take care of it and no heavy equipment to call on this year. We raked it out watered it and packed it with our trucks. Hope to see some people on Tues. Cheers
  19. Hi All A quick note and pic Truckee BMX opens Tuesday 5:00 pm. To start we will have practice Tues and Thurs 5 to 7 pm. Hopefully Races will start in the next couple weeks. We need all the riders we can get! Come out and enjoy!
  20. Had a request for my frames, so here they are and my current 20" project for track practice. Enjoy Cheers
  21. Thanks! That bike is fun to ride. I usually get compliments. People usually know a little about quads, but they look at it for a bit with the twin down tube and being aluminum plus the disc! It is a flip flop rear spin wheel with a disc adapter and a quad brake axle mounted caliper. I believe they are/were made in England.I have 2 of them each a little different. I don't race with it but I have seen a few bike's with this set up on them at the track. I think it's a bit heavier but boy do they stop ya! Hope these help if you want more info just pm or email me. Cheers! Ed
  22. Here is my "mid school" spin build.
  23. That "shop" picture reminds me of a place called "The Bike Shop" in Redding Ca. They had a set up like that, stuff hanging from the walls and stacked every where!. I bought my Robinson Bobby Woods pro model there. Cheers
