  1. I built this just over a month or so ago for my youngest grandson Luke “The Dude”. He was 3 when I gave it to him. it’s a Rumblefish Nano. 7005 aluminum with a 15” top tube and 29” wheel base. Low stand over height. I’ve always thought mini’s were not made right. When you see a little kids ride them they look like the bike is top heavy. bottom bracket heights is too high. So I measured the distance from the pedal on my cruiser when down at the bottom, to the ground. Then I made the adjustments to the nano to have the same ground clarence. The cranks are 100mm so the bike did not need 11 inch bb. it’s setup to run 18 or 20” wheels. It currently has 18” wheels with 18 x 1 3/8 tires. the main goal of the bike was to make it stable and build confidence and ez to ride. One of the first rides on the bike was down a grass hill in the park and he pedaled all the way down. He rides the bike really good and can get on and off it by himself. He has already started riding on the track at Grand Prix Bmx. he is loving it and having a good time.
  2. Rumblefish full suspension 24” Bmx/mtb bike. I built this back in 1991 to race the NORBA Mammoth mountain kamikaze downhill and dual slalom race. I raced so other downhills and dual slalom and even a couple Bmx races. This is my favorite and most fun all around bike I have. I’m rebuilding it. Front and rear suspension, front and rear Magura hydraulic brakes (front to be added). Fox shock, Rock shock, bladed front spokes, Troy Lee seat, Kastal cranks. I will post more pictures when bike is done.
  3. Just got done building a frame for my grandson Wade’O the “Tornado” or also known as Rumbleguppy. Built him a mini frame using 7005 aluminum. I designed it with a low standard over height and lower bottom bracket for stability. Wade pick out the color. Hawaiian blue. It’s a bluish purple. Here are some pictures from beginning to end.
  4. I wanted to do a moto influence build. Something like what a 70’s or early 80’s bike would be but with modern parts. I built the frame with some ideas I’ve had for years. The split tubes at the seat tube (80’s track bike Regie). Down tube pierces the bottom bracket and capped. A one off triple clamp fork with disc brake mount. Hope front hub with 20mm through axle. Hope front and rear brakes. Renthal handlebars. Thanks for looking.
  5. My Grandson John “Johnny Rumblefish” Kerr went to the Grands and brought home some cool stuff! BTW I idid not give him his nickname. He won 6x ROC (Race of champions)and got 2nd in 6 and under open on Friday. He depended his NAG #1 plate (National Age Group) By winning all open and 6x motos, semi and mains. Also National #17. For those keeping score thats ROC #1, NAG #1, National #17 and State #1 Sorry but I’m a very proud Papa Wheelie. Also he’s a 3rd gen Bmxer
