What kind of sprocket is this? No..it's not mine..but I'd love one for a build I am working on..any mid-school gurus know? thanks!

It's not an S&M. It's a Tiger Tooth I think. Used to have one. That's how I know.

Its a first gen S&S Tiger Tooth. I own one but I have not been able to locate it. They were out of Texas if I remember correctly. Second gen was a three spoke angled design that Mongoose sort of did a knock off of.

Hard to say they. They were a smaller company and the design was changed by like 92 ish or so. They weren't out that long. I have one first gen and one triple chrome plated second gen.

I am almost sure Gt also later made a multi hole that was like 6 or 8 holes.

S & S was a bike shop in Texas that produced the Tiger Tooth sprockets...I'm pretty sure I still have a 47t in the garage somewhere. I believe Kendall Burleson & his Dad were making them before Kendal went to some factory rides.

Not sure who the actual manufacturers were but S&S was located near Austin in Pflugerville. S&S had a big mailorder operation and was run by Ryan Sheehan and his family. Cool folks. Hung with him and his fam when Shortbus Pritchard and I did a road trip to Austin one Summer. Also hung at Trend Bike Source on that trip. Cool place also.
