When and where this photo was taken? I know it was used in a 1980 BMXA article highlighting the 1979 Nora Cup winners, but I'm curious when and where the photo was actually shot.

Since STR 1/Quad weight has been asked for (yes several years back) and I think I posted this image on another thread, here it is again. This is an early one serial # 00093 that I have had since new.

 

Per the Feedback Sports scale 5 lbs 9 oz.

 

I suppose the missing seatpost support section would add a bit of weight as would the paint.

 

I re read this thread this morning, some good stuff herein.

Bump for Steve's registry. There are some pics serial numbers and weights in this thread. Also some who may still own theirs???? Curt weighed his wide loop with the top of the seat mast broke off....... 5lb 9oz.
