IMG_20111218_123140.jpgThis is my 1984 Torker Magnum 200 from 1984. I got it on my Twelfth birthday. I was a military brat my dad did not under stand BMX and was less than supportive I remember saving money for ever trying to buy a Torker I actually had my eye on this rad blue and gold Torker....Long story, but my Mom helped me and got this for me on my birthday. I know it was a HUGE sacrifice for her and that is probably the reason it has stayed with me for all these years.

It's mostly original it had seen several years at Little River BMX in Hopkinsville, KY. Several years jumping dirt jumps behind my house and even spent some time freestylin in Tampa, FL and during the whole time my sole mode of transportation.

Every thing is original except for the following.

-Rear wheel replaced in 87 due to a minor altercation with a car. Replaced with Sumo rim.

-Rear break replaced around 88 with Odyssey Pitbull.

-Pads are not the ones that came with it the original pads were black and were lost about three sets ago in 85 at the track. I think I got the blue ones from a friend who had a torker.

-Tires are not original probably about the fith set. (DUH!) I put them on a few years ago when I was trying to get my son into BMX.

-Pedals are not original they got damaged in altercation with car they were replaced with some crappy plastic platforms during the freestyle craze. I put these bear trapish pedals on it a few years ago from ebay. They are Odyssey Shark Bite I don’t even know what year they are. My son beat them up riding around the neighbor hood.

I think this is a good suvivor has some history on and off the track I hope it fits with in the rules of the contest. If not just enjoy the pictures. Thanks.

]1974 Yamaha Moto-Bike

I bought this bike just how it sits with the exception of installing a set of NOS Yamaha handlebar grips. I have a set of stock wheels that I will put on it someday but for now I will keep it how someone had enjoyed it. It obviously was not used much and well taken care of.

This is just like my first BMX bike that my parents bought me, so it is the most favorite that I own. I wish I was able to take better pictures of my bikes but I wanted to share.
