CharleyGnarlyP290 38 Posted December 15, 2011 I was just looking around somewhere and saw a stem that looked like it was stamped with the old OS BMX wing logo. What is it?

keep_it_warm 123 Posted December 15, 2011 Yes, this was PRE-Steve Brothers. Probably 03 or 04-ish
S.Brothers 1,006 Posted December 15, 2011 Yeah I think there are 04 and some stamped 05. They were engraved on the cap. I can't find any pics. They are marked retro items. I have one as a souvenir of the os-bmx days. As was mentioned in another thread a while back, there were likely unmarked ones made as well.
PandaProAm420 96 Posted December 15, 2011 I have 3 or 4, all marked. Drew

Just..Me..Chillin' 84 Posted December 15, 2011 Jeff had Helix making'em for a short stint as another site chotchky - didn't go over too well with most us purist - very shortly after as expected and predicted .... It quickly tailspun outta control when it was said a select few were made unstamped for supposed "respectable n hardcore primere members" all of which I can thankfully say are no longer visible or even connected to the hobby and 80% of which I can say ended they're runs wrapped in scandal. Even Helix faded shortly after that whole debacle - he had a decent and honorable run till his one "as per the customer's request" mistake.

Brian P 3 Posted December 17, 2011 this is one that i found at an event here in NJ, i grabbed it just to keep it out of circulation as it has no stampings on it anywhere, the bottom could easily be passed as something that it is not
