2003 HH Cycles Phat Jawn Pro Lite

Let me start off by saying this bike is difficult to date. I am judging the year by the decal font. My research has shown that this is the only Pro Lite in existence. HH Cycles is a bike manufacturer that currently produces high end road bikes. They no longer produce BMX products. Similar Phat Jawn's MSRP'd close to $900.00. HH sponsored some Delaware and PA riders who raced with the now defunct Wooden Wheels Racing team in Newark, Delaware. (my home town). I tried to contact HH about this bike to no avail. The tubing on the frame (4130) has been heavily massaged by the factory to fit the euro bb. Seat tube, downtube, and chainstays were all carefully crafted to fit the bb shell, as they all are tapered to fit.

All the finishes on this bike are Original. I used some carefully placed NOS old school parts on this build to give it my personal flair. Here are the details of the bike:

Frame and Fork: HH Racing Phat Jawn Pro Lite

Cranks: GT Ultralight 175 3 pc with SR Allen bolt caps.

Pedals: S&M DX style

Chainwheel: Sugino 43

Chain: Izumi Nickel

Brake and Lever: Shimano DX, NOS Yellow cable & Kool Stop pads

Handlebars: GT Lo Pro 0.65

Stem: FBM Bottle Opener

Headset: Anno Aheadset

Grips: GT

Seat: THE Chro-mo

Tires: Intense Micro

Wheels: Sunn Ditch Witch with Bullet Proof Hubs & ACS Cro-Mo 16T freewheel
