GT serial data... this info has become the standard, please refine if need be

I found this gt frame in a storage unit I recently bid. And purchased. I can't find any other serial numbers besides one and it's located on the rear forks of the rim mount.   GH90021348.  Can anyone please help me identify this frame? Id greatly appreciate it.

the "rear forks of rim mount" are called dropouts. :True:

This bike has laser beam speed and it was sitting for twenty years in. A garage it's faster than my Trek 800

If that threadless headset is original to the bike (I doubt the stem is). My best guess would be 1996 model. Pretty sure they still used quill stems in 95.
