OM Enduro

Recommended Posts

Thought I'd post a few pics of my '96 OM Enduro. This is my rider. This bike rides soooo nice! I go back and forth with or without gears on this, right now I have a Suntour 6 speed freewheel, Suntour XC Pro thumb shifter and Paul billet derailleur on it and lights, as it's in "commuter" mode for the winter.

Lots of Mid School goodness...

Sun Rhynolite rims

TNT hubs

Crupi pedals

Profile crank

FSA Chainring

Sedis Chain

Profile stem

S&M Cruiser bars

Oury Grips

Chris King headset

SDG seat

Profile seat clamp

Paul brakes

XLC post

OG SE pads

Lezyne light 700 lumens!

Custom reflector mount garage door opener.

I have thrown a leg over that rig, it is pretty sick and very uncommon.  You don't see many mid-school OM's.

Killer! My kind of bike. That Paul derailleur is awesome, that's a pretty rare piece isn't it? Looks like fun bike.

The Paul derailleur is cool. Yeah, they're pretty scarce and pricey. I've had this one since about '92. And it was right around 100 bucks then! The Pauls and Joes  were the cool billet derailleurs to have back in my MTB days. XTR's were nice, but I'm a sucker for CNC machined aluminum.

That's a cool bike.  I like the idea of having a bike that rides like a BMX cruiser but has some gears for distance and hill climbing.  :rockout:

Interesting. I had no idea there were different versions other than the headtube sizes. Learn something every day. Thanks Sean!
