Admin TrulyOdd Posted May 12, 2015 Admin Share Posted May 12, 2015 i was just talking to a buddy about some BXC stuff and he mentioned that he still had the BXC bikes he and his brother bought 30 years ago. when he sent me the pics i instantly noticed that they were freestyle frames and i mentioned that i'm not familiar with BXC making freestyle frames but had no idea what they were. he then sent me back a reply that Pat Scanga (from Bicycle X-change) sent him stating that they were indeed BXC freestyle bikes. Very cool finds, limited edition BXC racing FREESTYLE frames most BXCs' are bmx racing frames, these are a small run of freestyle version from Bicycle X-Change in the late 70-80s. Congratulations on some sweet classics! i know that the race frames were made by Voris Dixon (VDC) and had looptails, different dropouts, different top tube piercing, etc. but wanted to know if anybody knew anything about these BXC freestyle frames? or had any info to share. they kinda resemble a GT but its obvious they're not. please discuss. Admin S.Brothers Posted May 12, 2015 Admin Share Posted May 12, 2015 Interesting... I never knew about a BXC freestyler. We'll have to bounce this off of Ralph Scanga.
