BmxKurt520
Hey everyone. I'm Kurt. Now I have had a bmx for years, but really just rode it as a bike. Now I'm 39 and I just built it up to learn freestyle. I hear a bunch of negativity and not much support, but what I want to know is, is it really too late for me? Should I just stick to the sidlines and enjoy seeing the younger generation tear it up, or should I keep my head up? Let me know please. turdburd
Just ride at your own pace, stay out of others way and progress along. If you enjoy it forget what they say.

dav451
What are the negatives that people are telling you? 39 doesn’t seem that old.
RL Paulie
What do you want to do? The least risky kind of "freestyle" would be flatland. I would start there.
