1980 Redline MX-III ? Or MX-II

Recommended Posts

So a buddy of mine runs a scrap yard in Detroit and this came in last week. Buddy didn’t want it but wanted some items I had (Pat.Pend. Tuf neck stem,pro-class wheel set with bullseye hubs” any rate I posted this bike on a Rl page over on the FB and have been told that it is actually a MXII that was sold as a 3 ? I have zero clue on this but I do love the bike ! And with the parts I feel I didn’t do to bad in the trade lol. And to think I have been thinking about stepping out of the bmx hobby since I moved sick of tripping over shit lol.

OK it's a 80 Japan made MXlll. Someone actually made the stickers wrong but Redline used them. Slight differences in production. Holes in BB for rear stays. Maybe sold complete as in full bike. Awesome find!!
