  1. Im pretty sure this thread dosent already exist and I feel its way overdue, especially with all the lack of info on Boss BMX so lets start a great database here for a well deserving company. Please contribute any photos or knowledge of anything Boss BMX. If submitting a bike or frameset please include the serial #, the year if you know it, and any special information that might be helpful. Also I decided to start this thread here in mid-school as Boss didnt seem to really take off until 85 or so, even though I beleive they were building frames in the early 80s. R-
  2. Just Joined the society after finding this mid 80s BOSS thread some time ago. Affer careful calculation ive decide to move on and price the frameset to $500 shipped to USA. Will consider trades for 80s redline or GT.
  3. I just got a Boss frame to build. XXL with cantis and a 1" threaded headtube. If you have any pics, history or any kind of inspiration, let's see it.
  4. I replied to a thread in mid school but i guess this section is more fitting I will be purchasing a Boss Pro XL complete next week. It is complete in its original form from 1982. Here are the pics I have so far he took the picture the other day. I will probably trade it off for a vintage se or some new SE bikes. I used to race SE via a team sponsorship in the 80's. He said it has a few scratches but chrome boss cranks and decals are intact. I'm sure there is a little rust somewhere but will not know before I pick it up. The bike is good and it is in complete working order it has been stored inside for all of these years. I didn't even know Boss existed figured i might as well purchase for the components so this thread is very informative. The person I'm buying it from still has his national expert number on the number plate from the 80's. last raced in 1982 when he began a sponsorship for GT. I searched ebay to price out the bike but finding a vintage Boss seems to be difficult. What is this thing worth?
